Today was the famed Cinque Terre (“5 Lands”) with our Lucca BnB host Sabrina - who, surprisingly, had never visited the Unesco World Heritage site. We had a lovely day strolling around the mountains visiting the first four of the five villages, enjoying the local wine and sights. In the last village, Vernazza, we jumped in and had a swim in the rather cool Mediterranean.
